Each facility is designed under Tier 3N standards, ensuring redundancy, resiliency, and reliability. Our Powered Shell model provides the physical site, energy systems, and cooling infrastructure, enabling hyperscalers and enterprises to deploy faster and at lower CAPEX. By combining prefabrication with hybrid power, we shorten deployment times to 12–15 months while guaranteeing long-term efficiency.
